My family and I moved to NM not so long ago. I have been a medical marijuana user for roughly three years, and the doctor prescribed medical marijuana for my anxiety and depression. It helps a pretty good amount, however it is entirely overpriced in the state where I live. I’m close to the border of NM, so I was genuinely happy when I found out that NM was going to start offering legal recreational and medical weed. The offering of legal recreational marijuana means that the prices will drop by a good amount. There needs to be more dealers to grow and cultivate the product, and that means there is far more supply. After choosing to move to Albuquerque, I’ve been able to save money on my medical marijuana supplies. I use marijuana products regularly, however I couldn’t on Tuesday, because I went on a field trip with my son’s sixth grade class. The group of us spent the day at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is in downtown Albuquerque. This is a lovely museum and cultural center that teaches children basically everything about the Pueblo Indian traditions, art, pottery, dances, and culture. I wasn’t especially happy about spending all day downtown in Albuquerque separate from any marijuana products, however I certainly enjoyed my day with the children. The person teaching us about the history of Albuquerque was both cheerful and energetic. They seemed perfectly happy to tell us all about the rich history of our capital city. I was able to learn a lot of information that I didn’t know about native new mexicans.
