I love going to the beach on a boiling day, it saves currency, because you do not have to run the A/C all day, then a/C bills are severely high while I was in the Summer months, especially here in Tampa, then my friends and I have been to Clearwater Beach a hundred times and we have never seen a good white shark… We’ve seen a number of other sharks love hammerheads, nurse sharks, and black and white tipped sharks, but until last weekend, I had never seen a good white somewhere in the warm waters of Clearwater Beach.
When I came back from the beach and told our roommates about the encounter, they did not assume me for a minute… They thought I was trying to make a joke.
I told them the entire story in graphic detail, however they still refused to assume our story. I would have been more upset, however most of our friends are morons, and later that day, every one of us were kneeling in the living room watching the Clearwater Beach news. There was a story about a guy that saw a good white shark and they caught the shark on camera. In the background, you could see me sitting at the beach. I suddenly hit record on the machine so I could have it forever. My friends did not assume me until they saw the news story, however now they want to believe every detail! Both of us sat in the living room until the early morning hours discussing our brief encounter. Those men would assume anything they see on television and that’s a scary and dangerous thought.
