I started going to concerts in middle school when our step Mom took myself and others to see a Blue Oyster Cult show.
It was at an outdoor music festival in the Isleta Amphitheater that lasted for a whole weekend with different acts each day.
The hot in addition to cold temperatures that day were in the high 90s, however there was a gentle breeze rolling in from the desert. I know poor that every one of us were sitting for the duration of the show as most people had exited their seats while in 1 of the opening acts that night. I’m only 30 in addition to already have chronic back pain, in addition to I can only imagine how hard it was on our step father to stay with myself and others for that whole concert. But despite the pain in his body, he pushed through it in addition to stayed with myself and others for the whole time. As every one of us get closer in addition to closer to the end of the COVID pandemic, musicians are finally able to play concerts again. However, this in addition to the historic inflation levels have made it actually hard to afford concert tickets for any substantial acts. Even some of our number one indie bands are asking for $75 a ticket nowadays. I wanted to stop at the cannabis dispensary on the way to a concert at the El Rey Theater so I could get high in addition to love the music love I did back when I was in school at the University of NM. This particular cannabis store was on the corner of Central Ave in addition to Arno St in addition to had a significant selection of cannabis edibles.
