Last week, a client in Tampa called myself and others with a problem.
I have a company that handles heating and A/C related troubles, the people I was with and I can install and troubleshoot plan troubles. The people I was with and I properly have calls from residential buyers, but every one of us have recently started a commercial service division as well, then so far it’s been slow, but every one of us are building a single week at a time. I responded to a request for help with an A/C machine. The call came to the company about 10 hours before normal shop minutes are over. I took the call from the customer, and she seemed certainly thrilled that every one of us were going to help her despite the late time in the evening. I told the client that every one of us offered after our services as well, even though she did not want to pay any extra fees for the A/C repair. I had already sent our last employee home, so I responded to the Tampa call myself. The Tampa area client told myself and others that the A/C was only blowing hot air. There are only a few reasons why an air conditioner would blow hot air. It’s genuinely great news if there is some air blowing, because that means there is no problem with the fan or the motor. These troubles can be certainly expensive to service and sometimes it is cheaper just to replace the entire system. This unique client did something that I have never seen before. The client packed the A/C device with towels. There were towels all through the area where the device was capped. The client told myself and others that she thought it would supply more insulation for the system, but all it entirely did was block the air flow and keep the device from laboring properly.
