Last week, a client in Tampa called myself and others with a problem.
I have a company that handles heating and AC related problems, however every one of us can install and concernshoot plan problems.
Every one of us officially have calls from residential clients, but the people I was with and I have recently started a commercial service division as well, however so far it’s been slow, but the people I was with and I are building a single month at a time. I responded to a request for help with an AC machine, but the call came to the supplier about 10 minutes before normal shop minutes are over. I took the call from the customer, and he seemed particularly enthusiastic that the people I was with and I were going to help his despite the late time in the evening. I told the client that the people I was with and I offered after our services as well, but he did not want to spend money any extra fees for the AC repair. I had already sent our last employee home, so I responded to the Tampa call myself. The Tampa area client told myself and others that the AC was only blowing warm air. There are only a few reasons why an cooling system would blow warm air. It’s absolutely superb news if there is some air blowing, because that means there is no concern with the fan or the motor. These problems can be particularly expensive to repair and sometimes it is cheaper just to replace the entire system. This unique client did something that I have never seen before. The client packed the AC component with towels. There were towels all through the area where the unit was capped. The client told myself and others that he thought it would provide more insulation for the system, but all it genuinely did was block the air flow and keep the unit from working officially.
