My wife and I own several properties in the AL area! The young couple moved a couple of weeks ago. They gave me first, last, and a security deposit, i thought they were going to be good renters, but it seems like the couple has complained about everything and anything since they moved into the Birmingham house. A repair professional went to the house to check on the proposal and give it a full repair tune-up. The Heating & Air Conditioning professional did not find any problems with the heating or cooling system, so I hope they will not call me again.
