Just a small number of buyers at the cafe were complaining about the temperatures in the back of the room, then i was all the way up at the front plus it seemed like the a/c was working just fine.
There was a vent above the Starbucks Coffee component plus it seemed like freezing air was coming out of the air duct.
I didn’t absolutely feel about the problem when the first shopper complain… When two more buyers came up to the front counter to talk about the a/c, I decided to walk out to the front of the room to see if there absolutely was a problem. As employer of the cafe, it is my responsibility to make sure that the buyers are thrilled. That means providing them with a certain plus enjoyable indoor atmosphere, great coffee, plus delicious pastries. I realized there was no air coming out of the air duct over by the back of the store plus that made me nervous. I immediately called the owner, although she did not answer the iphone. I left a message plus she called back about 10 minutes later. She contacted the emergency service business before she returned my call plus I was thrilled to hear that the Phoenix commercial A/C service business was already on the way. In less than an hour, the emergency service professional arrived plus determined that the problem was actually with the air duct. The air duct was so outdated in that part of the cafe that it was crumbling plus not connected to the rest of the network anymore, but repairs were so significant that the owner had to come sign the bill.
