They are saving a lot of money
My mom plus dad moved to a retirement community called The Villages… The retirement community is located in central Florida, but when my parents decided to move, they sold the house. The house was really on the market before my mom plus dad told anyone that they were thinking about moving a thousand miles away, then my sister plus I didn’t want my parents to sell our family home, but they needed money to buy a townhouse in The Villages. My sister plus I scraped up the money so we could buy the locale plus service it up… Right now we are using it as a rental condo until we can find some time to do the work… I went to visit my mom plus dad after they got the townhouse in The Villages. The townhouse is pretty nice plus it is located next to a squashball court, shopping center, plus hair salon. My mom goes to the hair salon once a week; She rides her golf cart from the townhouse to the shopping center. The townhouse has a couple of ductless mini split A/C units instead of central heating plus cooling. The ductless mini split system provides heating plus cooling in the living part plus the kitchen. The machines are small, but they blend in nicely with the decor in the townhouse. My mom plus dad said they are entirely inhigh-priced to use . They are saving a lot of money . My mom plus dad are loving living in The Villages. Their townhouse is centrally located next to all of the things that they care about plus my mom plus dad have made a lot of friends.
