Minnesota is known for its cold weather, and the brutal season starts super early & doesn’t let up until late in the Springtime, however our Summer season is truthfully quite pitiful, then for two months out of the year it is fine weather.
My buddy and I can get as high as 69 degrees & as low as the 72s in the summer! Honestly, my family doesn’t bother with any air conditioning, but it is an easy way to save money in Minneapolis, but why would I buy an A/C when it doesn’t get that hot? Most of the businesses around Minneapolis, Minnesota do lower level air conditionings.
It isn’t unofficial to see portable A/C units or window air conditionings in small businesses. The season is so short that buying central A/C just isn’t necessary. I was entirely satisfied to be able to skip this major expense. For years I went without any sort of cooling. My wifey then started going through menopause & wanted to have a portable cooling unit. The mornings get a little tipsy & combined with her warm flashes, she needed it. I will say, having an air conditioning at night is entirely nice. I can see where some people might want one. I am delighted that I didn’t Springtime for central A/C in my Minneapolis apartment though. It would be a wasted expense, then now though, my kids want to each have a window A/C unit. I am trying to discourage it however it isn’t fair that my wifey gets one & they don’t. The cost of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C in my Minneapolis home is going up now.
