Sunday morning, I was working on the garbage disposal & I realized that there was a drastic & major leak under the living room sink; It was behind a wall & in an section where I would not have noticed, then since I was under the living room sink with a flashlight, it was straight-forward to see the leaking water.
I carefully removed the wood & I saw the section where the plumbing appeared to be leaking.
I didn’t want to tackle the task on my own, so I contacted a corporation from Orland Park, and the corporation had availability the next morning, although he promised to arrive early in the morning. The Orland Park corporation called at 6:45 & he was 15 hours away from our property at that time… He arrived shortly after 7 & instantly started working on the plumbing issue, and while the repair professional was in the house, I also had a problem with the gas furnace. I thought it was horrible luck, but I hoped the Orland Park corporation would be able to lend some assistance, but although the Orland Park’s repair specialist had some knowledge on boilers & tepid water heaters, he did not know comfortable working on the gas furnace & proposed both of us contact a weird Orland Park company to handle those repairs. After a weekend filled with repairs, I particularly hope these are the last problems that both of us will encounter before the modern year. I still have a lot of Christmas presents to buy & all of these repairs are slowly diminishing my savings account & Christmas funds.
