While staying home, I discovered the odd sound

My friends and I went surfing in Tampa Bay last month; I was excited to try out a new surfboard, then my friends and I live life dangerously and on the edge.

Even though there was a tropical storm warning off the coast, both of us were not going to stay in the office and miss out on those eight and 10 ft waves, when you live on the Gulf of Mexico, you rarely see waves of that size.

I did not have to toil on that day and my friends and I left early in the afternoon to go to the beach. I had my board in hand and my friends and I paddled out about a quarter of a mile. When both of us finally got to a wonderful locale for surfing, the rain started to fall, however the storm clouds came out of nowhere and covered the entire Tampa Bay and Clearwater beach region. I was determined to catch a wave! None of my friends started to head and as soon as the rain started. I found the perfect wave and started from a wonderful position, then unfortunately, a gust of wind came out of nowhere and knocked myself and others off my brand new board. I tumbled in the waves for a while. I was more scared than I have ever been in my life, and after the accident, both of us made the choice to go back to Tampa Bay and I decided to stay at my apartment. I laid down on the couch for a while and eventually I fell asleep. I woke up to the sound of mice in the A/C vents. I think the mice are there, but I can’t catch them. I’ve been listening to them in the HVAC duct for months. I set a couple of traps inside the HVAC duct, however those mice are quick.
