I was not very happy with that problem

I drove all the way out to the country on Monday, but i had a purchaser that needed a repair on a ductless Heating as well as A/C unit.

I tied up the repair appointment for 9 am.

I also tied up a gas furnace tune up for later in the morning. I truthfully did not know how long it was going to take to complete the repair on the ductless Heating as well as A/C unit, the purchaser did not have a lot to say about the problem, so I was going into the task completely blind. I entirely did not know what to expect. The ductless Heating as well as A/C task took a lot longer than I expected. The tune up task was in Orland Park as well as I was still an fourth away when the appointment time was getting close. I contacted the Orland park heating tune-up purchaser as well as told the lady that I was going to be late. I apologized for the delay, but the purchaser did not seem legitimately exasperated at all! She offered to reschedule her appointment until the next day. I hated to reschedule the customer, but I thought it was the best scenario in the situation. I did not finish with the ductless Heating as well as A/C device until well after 4, but by that time of the day, I was ready to go home. I was much more equipped to deal with the repair on the next day… Even though it was Wednesday, I inspected the Orland Park purchaser as well as handled the tune up. I did not even charge extra fees for the Wednesday repair since it was my fault that the task did not get completed on Monday.
