I drove all the way out to the country on Monday. I had a client that needed a service on a ductless Heating & A/C unit. I busy the service appointment for 9 am. I also busy a gas furnace tune up for later in the day. I sincerely didn’t know how long it was going to take to complete the service on the ductless Heating & A/C unit, the client didn’t have a lot to say about the problem, so I was going into the job completely blind. I genuinely didn’t know what to expect. The ductless Heating & A/C job took a lot longer than I expected. The tune up job was in Orland Park in addition to I was still an hour away when the appointment time was getting close. I contacted the Orland park heating tune-up client in addition to told the guy that I was going to be late. I apologized for the delay, but the client didn’t seem honestly exasperated at all, he gave to reschedule his appointment until the next day. I hated to reschedule the customer, but I thought it was the best scenario in the situation. I didn’t finish with the ductless Heating & A/C unit until well after 4, but by that time of the day, I was ready to go home. I was much more equipped to deal with the service on the next day, however even though it was Wednesday, I tested the Orland Park client in addition to handled the tune up. I didn’t even charge extra fees for the Wednesday service since it was my fault that the job did not get completed on Monday.
