I apologized for the delay, however the buyer did not seem entirely distraught at all, then she provided to reschedule her appointment until the next morning.
I drove all the way out to the country on Wednesday; I had a buyer that needed a service on a ductless Heating & Air Conditioning unit. I tied up the service appointment for 9 am. I also tied up a oil furnace tune up for later in the morning. I actually did not think how long it was going to take to complete the service on the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning unit. The buyer did not have a lot to say about the problem, so I was going into the job completely blind. I honestly did not think what to expect. The ductless Heating & Air Conditioning job took a lot longer than I expected. The tune up job was in Orland Park and I was still an hour away when the appointment time was getting close. I contacted the Orland park heating tune-up buyer and told the lady that I was going to be late. I apologized for the delay, however the buyer did not seem entirely distraught at all, then she provided to reschedule her appointment until the next morning. I hated to reschedule the customer, however I thought it was the best scenario in the situation. I did not finish with the ductless Heating & Air Conditioning component until well after 4; By that time of the morning, I was ready to go home. I was much more equipped to deal with the service on the next morning! Even though it was Wednesday, I inspected the Orland Park buyer and handled the tune up. I did not even charge extra fees for the Wednesday service since it was my fault that the job did not get completed on Wednesday.
