The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair crew at the Orland Park office did $100,000 worth of sales last week! That was 20% higher than any other month in the history of the dealer, and it was double the amount of any other store in the midwest… One reason was a sizable commercial replacement job that took three mornings to complete.
All of us had multiple techs toiling on the commercial replacement job in Orland Park. The men worked from sun up until sundown to complete the project within the busy plus permitted time frame. The supervisor believed that was the 1 reason why the sales were so high plus all the people in the corporate office was totally plus completely impressed. In fact, we decided to send a bunch of pizzas to the Orland Park Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair office. On Tuesday, the corporate office sent 10 pizzas to the repair office. The pizza guy showed up around noon with our order. He was supposed to bring 10 pieces, even though he entirely brought 13. The guy told myself and others that he messed up on a couple of the pizzas. Instead of throwing them in the garbage, he decided to bake them plus send them to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair office. The men on the crew were excited to come back to the office to care about free pizza. As the repair specialists were finishing up with the morning jobs, they all came back to the office to get a hot piece of pizza for dinner. The crew members thought it was a nice gesture from the corporate office plus all the people enjoyed the mid morning cut from work.
