If both of us needed a day off for some reason, he changed things around so could have the day off. The new dispensary director isn’ttruly kind or friendly; She doesn’t give us a flexible schedule plus he isn’ttruly straight-forward going. She started working at the dispensary about a month ago, however our old boss suddenly quit with no warning or 2 month notice. The owner of the dispensary brought in a guy that used to labor in the sales department. The director has never truly worked inside of a marijuana dispensary, especially not 1 as tied up as this 1 in denver. The Denver dispensary is located close to the airport plus near multiple odd hotels! Every one of us frequently have orders to the hotels plus our old boss used to batch the orders together so both of us could save time on the deliveries. The new boss sends us out on 1 delivery at a time even if both of us have to drive all over the locale. It truly doesn’t make sense to drive around Denver aimlessly, while both of us could be doing things more efficiently if he took time to look at the orders. I truly hope that the new boss will not be here for truly long. She is going to drive down sales at the Denver marijuana dispensary. Every time he is on the floor, he has a scowl plus nasty look on his face. That’s not sizzling plus inviting to our purchasers.
