I have been working at the Phoenix chemical plant for the last 12 years, then i started out working on the line plus after that I moved into another position, and after that I was promoted to a shift leader spot, then now I toil as the plant employer.
- I am in charge of all of the employees plus the morning-to-day operations, however sometimes it’s nice to be the boss.
I get to sit in the office while in the morning plus relax while pretty much everyone else is working hard. I earned our spot in the office. I was one of those men working strenuous for several years. My office has heat plus air conditioning. It is temperature controlled plus I have a PC, tablet, plus cell iPhone. Sometimes while in the morning I play games on our PC if there are not a lot of things I enjoy… The boring afternoons are a welcome change from the regular. Most of the time I have to deal with issues in the plant that are mechanical or electrical… Every once in a while there is a problem with an employee. I had an issue with an employee last month. The guy has been working at the Phoenix Factory for the past 5 years. One of the new men got on his nerves plus he decided to yell plus cuss him out. I had to talk to the several of them to solve the problem, but while I was dealing with the employee problem, one of the men from the boiler room called to say that there was a problem. A problem in the boiler room is a major plus drastic issue. A problem with the commercial boiler can shut the plant down. I suddenly left the situation with the several employees so I could see what was going on downstairs.
