My husband and I own numerous properties in the Alabama area… Not many of those houses are in Birmingham, 1 of the largest cities in Alabama; The two of us have occupants in both of the Birmingham houses, however one set of occupants has been there for 2 years and the other side of occupants is brand up-to-date to the area. The young couple moved to Birmingham from Tallahassee. They found the rental house listed online on a website that I frequently use. The young couple moved a couple of months ago. They gave myself and others first, last, and a security deposit! I thought they were going to be great occupants, but it seems love the couple has complained about everything and anything since they moved into the Birmingham house. They constantly called because something needs to be repaired… Last month it was the dishwasher and the garbage disposal. This month the couple has been complaining about the indoor air temperature. The couple was complaining about the air temperatures, so I contacted a Birmingham Heating & A/C business, then a repair business went to the house to check on the plan and give it a full maintenance tune-up. The Heating & A/C business did not find any troubles with the heating or cooling system, so I hope they won’t call myself and others again.
