My wife and I own several properties in the Alabama area. A couple of those houses are in Birmingham, one of the biggest cities in Alabama. We have tenants in both of the Birmingham houses. One set of tenants has been there for 2 years and the other side of tenants is brand new to the area. The young couple moved to Birmingham from Tallahassee. They found the rental house listed online on a website that I frequently use. The young couple moved a couple of months ago. They gave me first, last, and a security deposit. I thought they were going to be great tenants, but it seems like the couple has complained about everything and anything since they moved into the Birmingham house. The HVAC technician did not find any problems with the heating or cooling system, so I hope they won’t call me again.
