The A/C wires were an issue

Last Thursday afternoon, I responded to a client that called because the A/C in her entryway was not working at all; The person was a client of ours for a while although she had not called the store in some time, i looked at her file plus the last time she called for an A/C repair was 2 years ago.

I wanted to remind the client that she should be having yearly checkups on the A/C unit.

When I got to the Phoenix, Arizona address, I recognized the household almost instantaneously. It’s strenuous to forget about this particular customer, because her household is a unquestionably particular red color. It’s the only household in the entire part that has a red color that resembles an eggplant. The person told me that it helps reflect heat, but I do not know there’s any way that could be true. I asked the Phoenix client to tell me what problems were occurring plus I worked on on some easy issues while I listened to the person top. There was absolutely no power to the A/C unit at all which I found unquestionably strange. I went outside to investigate all of the electrical wires plus that has when I saw the problem. The wires to the A/C were chewed directly in half plus it had to have been an animal. It did not look like someone used scissors or any type of splitting or cutting mechanism. It particularly looked like an animal was chewing on the A/C wires. I’m surprised that the animal did not get electrocuted plus die instantaneously.
