My mom plus dad moved to a retirement community called The Villages.
The retirement community is situated in central FL, and when my parents decided to move, they sold the house.
The cabin was entirely on the market before my mom plus dad told anyone that they were thinking about moving a thousand miles away, and my sibling plus I didn’t want my parents to sell our family home, however they needed cash to buy a towncabin in The Villages. My sibling plus I scraped up the cash so my associate and I could buy the place plus repair it up, but right now my associate and I are using it as a rental condo until my associate and I can find some time to do the work, then i went to visit my mom plus dad after they got the towncabin in The Villages. The towncabin is pretty nice plus it is situated next to a squashball court, shopping center, plus hair salon. My mom goes to the hair salon once a week, but she rides her golf cart from the towncabin to the shopping center. The towncabin has a couple of ductless mini split AC units instead of central heating plus cooling. The ductless mini split system provides heating plus cooling in the residing part plus the family room. The machines are small, however they blend in nicely with the decor in the townhouse. My mom plus dad said they are entirely infancy to use . They are saving a lot of cash . My mom plus dad are romantic residing in The Villages. Their towncabin is centrally situated next to all of the things that they care about plus my mom plus dad have made a lot of friends.
