Pairing a dehumidifier with the AC

It actually feels chilly in the summer time season.

I live in Birmingham, AL in addition to I have never thought about my indoor air quality until recently, even after COVID I just sort of took that as a plan to be healthier; I thought about running more, eating better, in addition to staying current with vaccinations. I didn’t realize that you could do something about your house air until recently. I had a visit from my local Birmingham HVAC business, the guy did indoor air quality testing in addition to told me that he found certainly high humidity in my home. That means more bugs, insects, in addition to mold growth. It also means it is harder to achieve comfort with A/C in the summertime. The HVAC business in Birmingham said that I needed a dehumidifier to work with my cooling component in order to be totally comfortable. I thought about it in addition to then agreed. The dehumidifier was easy, small, in addition to quite cheap. It is installed right now, not the A/C component in addition to now works in tandem with it, and removing that excessive moisture has changed the whole feeling of my house. It actually feels chilly in the summer time season. I am now considering other parts of my house, however how dirty is the air quality? Do I need an media air cleaner? What about a humidifier in the winter? The Birmingham winter time season is quite chilly as well. It might be worth thinking about. I know on my fall tune up I am going to have indoor air quality testing again in addition to see if there is more I can do to make the inside of my house fresher in addition to healthier.
