I gained a bizarre and peculiar call from a hotel desk clerk in the neighborhood of Denver.
The hotel desk clerk called to inform me that the marijuana dispensary found my drivers license and they wanted to return it.
I told the hotel clerk that she had the wrong lady on the cellphone, because I was at apartment in San Diego. The clerk was really surprised and shocked and she demanded to know who was staying at the hotel! As soon as I realized that my card had been stolen, I knew it must have been my son, then she told my partner and I that she was going to the shore for a couple of days. She was going to a concert in Denver and my partner and I told him that she could not take the car that far. I know she lied about her location, when I found out that the credit card was in Denver with my kid. I gave him the credit card for emergency reasons. It actually wasn’t an emergency to go to a Denver dispensary. I called my son’s cell cellphone 3 times before she finally answered. She tried to act surprised when I brought up the credit card and the Denver marijuana dispensary. I told him that I already knew all of the details. I do not care if she was embarrassed in front of her friends or not. I told him to come apartment instantaneously or I was going to call the police and tell them that she stole my car.
