When my condo AC stopped blowing chilly air, I instantly called the local service company. There are at least a dozen or more AC service dealers in Tampa; I call the one man that I know I can trust, my family and I have been using the same AC service company in Tampa for more than 15 years. The repair professionals are unquestionably reliable and knowledgeable and the repair rates are affordable. Repairs are comprehensive and guaranteed for 2 years, however when the AC device stopped blowing cold, I instantly contacted the local heating and AC service business. I was scheduled an appointment on the same day, a NATE certified contractor came to my condo to investigate the problem with the a/c. The repair professional believed the problem was the blower motor. The cost to substitute the blower motor was going to be almost $1,200. The repair professional quoted me a reasonable fee for a brand new AC unit, so I decided to substitute the entire system. It didn’t seem like a great financial decision to spend $1,200 now on a device that might not last another 2 years. I decided to substitute the system with a brand new and energy efficient AC device and heat pump. The new system is 60% more energy efficient then the last one and it should last 10 years or more with familiar service. The AC company in Tampa gave me a great price and installed the new AC the next day! So far, I cherish the new device and the smart temperature control that was free with my purchase.
